Thanks, I'll use those methods and I'll look into the XmlUtils stuff you
mentioned.
The E0738 error isn't thrown when the name is empty; the code doesn't have a
problem with it. Do you mean that it should specifically check that name (and
value) are not empty and throw the E0738 message for that too, but
generalize/rephrase the E0738 message to work for either issue? I'm not sure
if we should use the same message for both issues; it might be less clear what
Oozie is complaining about.
