I'm probably going to be laughed off the list when I say I want 98SE drivers no? The SE does imply that WDM drivers ("the NT model", as opposed to the VxD 9x model) are already an option.


At least the 98SE DDK is freely available:

This includes masm and link, but obviously not VC.
