IIRC, OGD1 is the FPGA development test sled that will be very expensive anyway so $20 is down in the noise. The real question is the price of the ASIC production board. I assume that 10 bit DAC also raises the price of the ASIC production board $20? What is the target price of the ASIC production board? If the target price is US$50-75, then an extra $20 is pretty significant precentage-wise. If the target price is $200-300, then $20 is less significant. There was a question of how many pins the PCI interface needed, and maybe there would be enough pins without the LVDS buffers. Has this been resolved? _______________________________________________ Open-graphics mailing list [email protected] http://lists.duskglow.com/mailman/listinfo/open-graphics List service provided by Duskglow Consulting, LLC (www.duskglow.com)
