IIRC, OGD1 is the FPGA development test sled that will be
very expensive anyway so $20 is down in the noise.

The real question is the price of the ASIC production board.
I assume that 10 bit DAC also raises the price of the
ASIC production board $20?  What is the target price of the
ASIC production board?  If the target price is US$50-75,
then an extra $20 is pretty significant precentage-wise.
If the target price is $200-300, then $20 is less significant.

There was a question of how many pins the PCI interface needed,
and maybe there would be enough pins without the LVDS buffers.
Has this been resolved?
