Yes and no. Dont forget we operate globaly. Ie if there is a patent
claim in an important country like the US, then it affects the
whole operation.

This could be a concern.
But the most important thing is, that the foundation should
be located there, where the people who will run it are.
Of course, you can discuss things over the internet,
but from time to time something has to be done.
