I think this could be helpfull because usualy, waveform are enormous
so the program to display it are damn slow.

So i suggest c++ and Qt.

I tried using Qt.  All I could ever get were cryptic error messages.
I started with an example program, and it seemed like any change I
made resulted in an error that neither I nor anyone else I asked could
make sense of.  So I gave up.  Moreover, any system that badly
designed is not worth using.  If there's a compile error, they damn
well better make sure the error message tells you what's wrong.

If I'm going to use C++, I'll use wxWidgets.
