I'm sure Disney will move to prevent any weakening of copyright
protections for properly copyrighted and GPL-licensed software
codes and derivative works of such software.

If the GPL becomes unenforceable, then so becomes Disney's copyright
control of Mickey Mouse (and now, Jar Jar Binks)
