No problem, but one last ponder... to the extreme! 1) Your localhost isn't - per chance - the same machine you develop other J2EE applications on, and... 2) You don't possibly have Eclipse installed on this machine, and... 3) You didn't recently install an Eclipse plug in that comes with it's own Jetty animal inside (like that huge Aptana thing*) that uses the same port, and... 4) You haven't tried your OpenBD "localhost" URL /before/ any of this other stuff has started up?
I seem to remember a J2EE short circuit that Aptana was causing against a local install of CF I had, due to Aptana's use of a popular J2EE port. I always had to insure my local CF server was running before I launched my Eclipse. That's it. I'm done with you ;-) Let us know - if you ever know. Alan K. Holden * Obviously another thread; but that "Aptana thing" has a great CSS and JS editor! Too bad it comes with all that other baggage cramed in there. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Open BlueDragon Public Mailing List http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en official site @ http://www.openbluedragon.org/ !! save a network - trim replies before posting !! -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
