Hi,

the problem is that the crypto function is only, currently, available in
Netscape 4.06+ but not in Mozilla and its derivates (Netscape6, Galeon,
etc...).

To be able to sign a request you need to use Netscape 4.06+ AND you have
to have a correctly verified certificate installed into Netscape that will
be used to sign the request. If the two requirements are not met you'll
get errors when trying to sign a request.

Let me know if you have met the requirements and still suffer from the
same problem.
