I have been having this problem for over two months, and it has not been
solved yet. My question is, who has this part working?

I haven't been able to successfully create any certificates in either 0.8.1
or 0.9.x SNAPS. To say the least, I am a little frustrated about that. I
haven't had a chance to devote much time to determining the problem.

But, if someone would be kind enough to post the procedure they used for
creating the certificate that they use to sign certificate requests, it
would be very useful to me. Perhaps that way I would be able to generate a
certificate that would permit me to sign requests on the server.
