Hello, I am starting to learn OpenDX, and I am having troubles displaying the grid of a 2D finite element computation. So, I am wondering if you could tell me where can I find the files "gridtypesfig.net" and "majority.net" that were used to create figures 11 and 13 on pages 64 and 65 of the QuickStart Guide respectively.
