What i have in mind is how can we force ISP's call center to be able
to support Linux users

I have the same problem and most of the developers do.
Also, USB modems don't support Linux.
I think Dr Ahmed ElHefnawy can help in that as he has a wide experience.

Dear All
We need to find a solution for this issue , few days back i had a
problem with TE-DATA adsl line , call center informed me ( Sir we
do not support Linux and you must install Windows in order to test
) ! , i fixed the line problem , but the big problem how will
users be able to switch to Linux if ISP's in Egypt refuse to
support ? ? ?
