I am re-posting my old proposal 1-We have a few open items, like we need a site, we need a backlog of what we are supposed to be doing, we need a wiki?(supposedly to be able to write tutorials?) 2-We need to know among the individuals willing to contribute, what time and skills are available. 3-I proposed in the past we do this in some agile form, maybe using a scrum or kanban or a mix.
One tool that is pretty good in managing backlog and is open source is Kunagi, and it comes with a wiki. That gives us a wiki , and a backlog and also some history of what is in progress and simple file storage capabilities. Samar, Can you help me with keeping track of who volunteers and what they can do? Mustafa, What can you help with?
