I have uploaded some archetypes to http://www.en13606.org/resources/files/cat_view/67-sample-archetypes They correspond to the ISO EN 13606 archetypes of the Patient Summary document of the Fuenlabrada Hospital. They are only in Spanish. They are mainly based on openEHR archetypes from the CKM, but also enriched with some information from NEHTA specifications and from the Spanish law for clinical documentation.
