Hi Humphrey, The latest version of flowvisor can be obtained from http://www.flowvisor.org. Let me know if you need help with the installation.
The FV versions on gitosis are very old and it looks like they are pre-1.0 versions. You'll find the latest FV (0.10.0) at flowvisor.org.
