FYI Ali, if the instructions on the wiki different significantly from
the INSTALL file in the root of the repository, you should consider
updating it or removing it.

Fwiw, I was able to install using the instructions from the INSTALL
file, but I probably know more about flowvisor than the average user
(grin) so I'm not sure how valuable a data point that is.
