Wow, lots of stuff there. I spent about 3 hours on the phone and Google, until I can't google no more.
The best I came up with is VPS is the way to go, but it seems to be the land of Linux. I am not a command line guy. I am not averse to learning something new, but it seems to be another level of complexity I had not planned on. Is anyone out there using a VPS which allows you to configure things in a Windows environment? If not, how hard is Linux?
