Ethically, every commercial user of the OM should return the code that
they developed.

I suggest to create a "Who Uses Open Meeting" page

Something like this;
--------------------------- SNIP ------------------------------------------
== Please add yourself to the list, if you use Open Meetings with any
purpose. ==

We would like to see who uses Open Meetings and for what purposes really.
  * Please give your project name,
  * Please add URL could be reacahable if any exist,
  * Please do not forget to join our mailing lists and help to
developers. Return all code you developed. This is GPL based software.
Violation of this license is will be a reason of sue!
--------------------------- SNIP ------------------------------------------

Also Sebastian has rights to sue anyone willing to do this!
We can trace and find one by one, all those cheeters and betray them too.
Existing global corporation laws helps to follow any kind of behaviour
like this. This is not a dream any more that possibly sue some one
live in different country other then yours. We have time and resources
as well, to do this.
Personally; I hate those minds. Sorry for this.

Peace
Kunth
