I'd like to know how you come along with mod_php,
I'm going to be basing an application upn Apache+PHP+MySql
be it on NT or on Linux.
Another thing that you may think about is mod_throttle

It allows you to throttle bandwidth usage on a per virtual-domain basis
and even set a cap and be able to viewing it's usage like /server-status.
