yes the OSG_BUILD_DLL must allways be set when working with dll's. Again
this is one of the prehistoric things where we tried to build both
static + dynamic libs. At one point in time we stop using static libs
but never cleaned it up. 

Maybe we should take out the BUILD part or replace it by something more 
useful. Or we remove it completely, which might be the best thing to do
anyway.
