Hello Dirk, I spoke with the head business SDk guy for Ageia and it looks like it would be fine as long as the source for PhysX SDK isn't publicly available (we wouldn't have access to that anyway since it requires a $50k investment).
So, we are okay if an OpenSG binary was created and distributed with PhysX inside, or if the PhysX binary libraries are used within an OpenSource framework and that framework is distributed. Commercial or Educational are both valid as well.
