This may be caused by the fact that Debian is not acting open when
dealing with the CDDL. They started a campaign with placing entries into
the Debian Bug Tracking System and do not mark them "resolved" although
it is obvious that nobody is able to give a substantial proof for the claim.
As long as I (partially together with Erast) remain the only person who
tries to respond to these claims, Debian will be really successful with this
kind of CDDL treatement.
