If you pull OpenSolaris under the CDDL, then you can only combine it
with other GPLv3 projects in exactly the same way you can today. For
example, you can have GPLv3 apps, but you won't be able to add GPL to
the kernel. Dual-licensing doesn't help you with this particular
example, but it doesn't make things worse either.
