With a CDDL based fork the community (@opensolaris.org) can take
back any changes it wants/likes.  A fork will remain under the CDDL.

With a fork under a partial license, we might not.  The fork can be
under any of CDDL, GPL or GPL+CDDL; if it's exclusively under one or the
other, OpenSolaris cannot take back the changes.
