Perhaps, you were not following solaris/opensolaris very closely. Just 
curious, since how long you are using computers?

GUI is nice but not necessary for many computer tasks. If you have been 
using only WindowZe for all your life you would never get it. I do not 
agree that working through GUI is faster than command line.
