No cryptography, just third party licenses.   The issues are resolved and
the package is freely available and redistributable now (in binary form
only, sorry, not open source), which is why I said you could get it from
the /dev repo since the recent build 110 update a couple weeks ago.

Sorry - I don't know anything about flar or flash archives - never used them
or worked on them.
