This is not a mailing list, this is a Jive forum, of which email is but one interface possible for reading that list. It's not unreasonable to ask that all participants adhere to a standard of behavior, regardless of the method they chose to read the forum with. Please don't quote the text you are replying to. In my Jive forum interface I can easily see that so it's wasted space/bandwidth. By the way, when I quote you, it's full of strange HTML tags and invalid line breaks. I think you get my point :) I would suggest the mailing list + Jive integration to be reviewed, if it's causing too much trouble.
