ok this is lame. it didn't work on OpenSolaris 2008.11 either. However, as suggested I plugged a USB keyboard into my laptop and was able to TAB to the desktop icon to install OpenSolaris. It booted up normally on my laptop but my laptop keys are still frozen and I get no feedback from my synaptics touchpad. I do not wish to use a USB keyboard/mouse for OpenSolaris on my laptop as that would defeat any purpose. Is there anything I can run in this install of OpenSolaris that which might help someone in fixing this problem? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
