I am trying to use VirtualBox on my laptop running OpenSolaris. I am having trouble directly attaching to my wireless adapter (Atheros), however this is a known issue. I am able to attach without issue to my ethernet adapter (Realtek), however i am usually using my wireless card to connect to the internet. What i was thinking was to try and attach VirtualBox to my ethernet adapter and create a network bridge between my ethernet adapter and my wireless adapter.
