Ok, so i setup my network interface to the NAT setting and started the VM, no change. Then i realized i was running Guest Additions from 2.0, i updated the Guest Additions installation and i was able to get network access ( i can even use my VPN, which is why i wanted to run this VM in the first place). I haven't trying remote desktoping into it with rdesktop, however that is for tomorrow night i will keep you posted on how that goes using the NAT setting.
