I know I would work as a moderator and answer much more on
such a list, actual suse-linux-e is discouraging
A moderated list would cause a big load on the moderators and most likely lots
of discussion when to approve a mail.
But I could imagine a list only for approved subscribers, for example
opensuse-core or something like this.
Any opinion about that ?

And of course it will be necessary as openSUSE grows.
