Rickard, with all due respect, Pat's been SAYING why... and others (myself included) haven't had a problem recognizing it. The reason is because you assume that the current dispatchers are ENOUGH, when apparently they're not... and Pat's trying to make it so that the current dispatchers can be used by those for whom it's satisfactory (like you, apparently, and definitely like li'l ol' me) and advanced, super-custom dispatchers can be used by those for whom the current set is NOT enough. That's not a loss. That's a win. > > Rickard, you were for a generic command framework. I remember this. Every > > effort Maurice has made has inhibited that change in direction. Do you have any suggestions as to what emails > I should be looking at? (I've only followed the list briefly the last > month or so) Uh... wait a minute. You just said you supported Maurice... yet you aren't up on what's being talked about? Then why are you supporting Maurice? Why are you supporting ANYONE in the discussion if you aren't paying attention? Wouldn't that call for more of an abstention? ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: See the NEW Palm Tungsten T handheld.
