The data is stored in an apache-DS.
Have a look at the directory:
../openthinclient/server/default/data/apacheds-store
If you'll be able to run the openthinclient Manager (e.g. from another
machine) then you can backup your data via:
realm -> openthinclient -> primary directory view -> [right-click] -> LDIF
export
