i'd like to have that clarified as well. i thought kamikaze was the
newer *build* system that supplanted whiterussian. if that's the
case, it's not clear why the build system should be relevant in how
one downloads ready-to-flash images. if i simply want to grab an
image (say, 8.09) to dump on my wrt54gl, why should i care that it was
created by the "kamikaze" build system? yet the "downloads" link
takes me to http://kamikaze.openwrt.org/8.09/.

it may be true that "kamikaze" is what was used to create those
images but, as someone who might just want to grab and flash, why
would that make any difference to me? for simplicity, i think the
pure downloads directory should make no mention of how those images
were created. they're just there, and they're available, and you can
download them. if people want to get into *building*, that's
different and that info should be available elsewhere so as to keep
things tidy.

  just my $0.02.
