I get in /var/log/apache2/errors.log

[Tue Aug 11 14:29:40 2009] [error] [client IP removed] (13)Permission denied: Could not open password file: /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users, referer: http://opsview/status/hostgroup

I can see that that file exists on disk and there is data within the file

If i do a ls –lah on the folder i see:

-rw-r-----  1 nagios nagcmd  320 2009-08-11 12:32 htpasswd.users

Thanks

Rich

Hi all,

I have migrated my opsview installation using the following guide http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.0:migratinghardware.

If i click onto nmis i get a server 500 error and if i click onto nagvis i get an internal server error. These both worked before migration.

I have installed the apache configuration file from the previous server changing the necessary information

Any Ideas? TIA

What errors do you have in the apache logs?  Nagvis relies on php so is that module enabled ok?
