Hi,

After adding nagcmd to the www-data group and checking that i had all of the packages installed  as on this documentation page below nagvis started working

http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.1:nagvis:debian#users

For NMIS  I found when copying the files some of the file permissions had changed whilst copying the files, luckily i still had my original VM archived so i just made sure that they were the same

Now i get errors in /var/log/apache2/errors.log showing :

I have migrated my opsview installation using the following guide http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.0:migratinghardware.

If i click onto nmis i get a server 500 error and if i click onto nagvis i get an internal server error. These both worked before migration.

I have installed the apache configuration file from the previous server changing the necessary information

What is the current status of this? Nagvis working and NMIS failing or is it all working OK now?

If you are having problems with NMIS still, do you have any errors in /var/log/ospview/opsview-web.log  os opsviewd.log?
