By business as usual, I meant that executives always try to save money and will always do.
Now, IT is targeted. And pepople in IT find that very difficult because the pay has been very good since 5-7 years and most people thought it would last forever. Now it's time to wake up and see that IT is becoming a job like another where you most hold to your job instead of going to job interview just for fun.
