The Act says to complain to "the Secretary of State". I couldn't find a definition in the act of which secretary of state (Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary_of_State_%28United_Kingdom%29, seems to imply I could apply to any SoS!). Should it be the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport? I note that your FoI request was directed to the IPO. Should I be applying to them? I had assumed I sent a letter directly to Sajid Javid.
