I believe you deserve the very best offer and you'll have it someday.
But thinking of examples like Nginx, etc - I could tell that, sometimes, it 
is better to have much money later, than sooner.
For this sector of "technical", back-end products - respect of the users 
(kind of "word of nerd") is much stronger and valuable currency, than any 
banknotes could be.

And while I'm completely agree to David's and Brian's points here (yes, I 
even could confirm this

want to assure you, that successfully working maxim "The best investors are 
the clients" - is the best thing that could happen to the happy company, 
ever.

Hope for some more attention for the "reliability" killer-feature, though.
