Since I normally don't do much Mandrake testing, I assume I'm installing the OS differently than those who do more with it (like the folks at Sherbrooke). I installed it as I do a RedHat system, which means the standard options, plus Software Development tools. In doing so, there were a number of RPMs that weren't installed. Here's the list:

lynx
libmm1
nfs-utils-clients
perl-CGI
expat
libexpat1_95-devel

Since these packages are required before the prereq portion of the install, shouldn't we be checking some of these to make sure the install goes well? There seems to be numerous e-mails to the list saying "I got an error like lynx >= 2.8.5 is needed by ...". I know this is in the FAQ (IIRC), but we could do some checking... yes?
