SIS reports that there is a problem running the command, nothing more. Rpm reports the actual errors. As far as constructive suggestions go, I believe that resolving dependencies has been suggested for over 6 months now. I realize it's a difficult thing to do, but many projects have it working and there are various ways to do it.
