Well of course...  you are upgrading LAM/MPI _outside_ of OSCAR, meaning
you need to manually upgrade all the nodes that have the old version of
LAM/MPI installed as well as the image.

What the Wizard says at this point does not matter.  If you are planning
to deploy a new cluster and want to start from scratch with LAM/MPI
7.1.2, then you also need to update the config.xml and change the
version numbers according.
