Sorry i took you wrong (i admit) because you asked in public list. You should ask in private email to me :) Anyway thanks for your understanding. I did ask Hadi/Hafiz who are new aquantances from UKM to meet me in private (ex-siswazah now handling some business there who are interested in ICONity and have written to me in private emails describing their ideas and challenges.
Private meetings are ok for distinct reasons to listen to them and find out how they can join our big picture and struggle. They also belanja me one small coffee of the day. I teach them how to order (hehe, there is always first time) and they pay. But one principle i followed is from www.cluetrain.com is to keep things open. That is why i encourage them to write openly and gather moss. Of course when i saw your reply here i felt upset and feel that this may scare back our ppl. U know how kiasu we guys/gals are, sometimes. By learning to write and smash each other, we learn. Just like what i am learning from you here.
