Rilek Eric. I know your frustration. We need to understand they also been overburden with unrelated jobs scope and tasks (In our understanding). To be fair their responsibility much like PTD and their training more towards that. Administration work.
Look like a gap need to fill between PTM and PPTM. Need technical only pegawai. Our frustration are known are JPA is doing something about it. I hope they can explain much more detail rather than keep us guessing. In private we also have this same problem. Technical person with experience is doing management work after years of technical work.
