hi all, 2-3 yrs ago is not 'new', in construction industry, you can build a skyscraper in 3 yrs! I'm sure most of us, here, are willing to contribute as consutants etc... not entirely free of course (given the amount gov. pay vendors!).
Could be a win-win, cost savings on gov. side, better quality of products, provide opportunities for FOSS commnunity... Can OSDC pursue this?
