I'm not sure why you found my response so offensive (I just tried to
answer you point-by-point), but I'm not responsible for your apathy or
your conscience. Sorry.

I'm not sure what you mean. Maybe you're referring to the two web
accessibility "camps":

1. People who believe web accessibility means web accessibility for
people with disabilities.

2. People who believe web accessibility means web accessibility to as
many devices and people as possible ("universalists").

But then my argument could work from the premises of /either/ camp.

Or maybe you merely mean some content cannot be made accessible. But
again, my argument didn't hinge on a claim that all content could be
made accessible, only that some Flash content could be made
accessible. I just happened to disagree with you about what content
could be made accessible, and presented evidence (from Macromedia no
less) to support my point of view. But it's not vital to my argument
about the licence even if all Flash games were inherently
inaccessible.

Fair enough. Sorry I couldn't make my argument clearer. :)

I didn't call /you/ a straw man (what would that even mean?). I said
you were making straw man arguments. That is, you were arguing against
things I wasn't arguing as if it invalidated what I was arguing. For
example, you seem to have thought I was arguing an open source player
would be better purely because it was open source. But in fact I
wasn't arguing anything of the sort.

In good faith,
