Note that I haven't actually tried to compile it using these settings, because
I have no idée on how to include the dependencies into 3rdParty.
You don't need to include anything into the standard 3rdParty
directory... If you have a parameter in your CMake config which is the
path to the OpenEXR includes, another for lib (and debug lib if
necessary) then you can just set those parameters to the absolute paths
you need and you're done.
