I meant on Qt4.5 do you have to build Qt with experimental OpenGL backend 
renderer

rather than the normal raster renderer.
(naturally OpenGL support is required)

The OpenGL renderer causes flickering on Windows as all gui elements seem to be 
redrawn on every OSG frame.
