Hi Robert, hi all,

I guess this submission will not be added "as-is" into OSG since it's only a 
copy-paste-modify ugly thing, but LGPL asks me to do so...
So here is a modified osgUtil::Tessellator (named Tessellatord) which works on 
double-precision vertices.

If anyone wants to build an unique Tesselator handling both... :)
