I have  updated to the latest NVidia drivers and the osgatomiccounter
example works fine, but... unfortunately the NVidia driver screws up
the rendering of my browser.  I'm curious why performance is so low -
I'm guessing the read-back  in AdaptNumPixelUnfiform callback is the
culprit.

One thing we will need to add is a check in the osgatomiccounter
example that emits and warning if OpenGL 4.2 isn't available so that
others don't get caught by assuming that it'll be available more
widely.
