I'm was thinking how authors of for example OpenGL Mathematics (GLM), 
MathGeoLib, or Bullet physics done it. The Bullet physics in this context is 
good example they made in my opinion a good job to write a sse version, 
portable math.

Because we need only max 4x4 matrix and vector. So is better for focus 
performance on those special cases and not for general case.
